First off I would like to thank you for taking the time to visiting my page!  My name is Shannon Mann.  I am a Mother to two beautiful children Chandan & Jiorne, Wife & life partner to Pinder, & nothing means more to me than my family & I love to entertain my friends and family.   I am a lover of all things beautiful and enjoy creating beauty in everyday life, whether its planning events, expressing beauty though fashion, cooking meals, entertaining friends, or creating beautiful spaces with home design.  We are family of proud Canadians based just outside of beautiful Vancouver, BC.   I am an Realtor, entrepreneur, keynote speaker, passionate women’s rights advocate, and award winning stylist.  I have an extensive background in business and marketing and created a cosmetics brand & academy at Pink Orchid Studio (founder) which has garnered global recognition & awards for excellence for the last 15 years as an entrepreneur & blogger.  I have enjoyed being a wedding stylist to so many clients over the years, and it was a dream to help style local brides, celebrity clients, and brides globally.  I also founded a teaching Academy teaching the Art of South Asian bridal across Canada.  During the Covid pandemic the wedding industry came to a halt but our family was still busy in the real estate sector.  I took that time off to obtain my Real Estate License from UBC.   I left the wedding industry to join an incredible Real Estate Team at MacDonald Realty to build my skills and am now in the Top 1% of Real Estate Advisor in sales in the Fraser Valley.  With that As a Mother of two children who has been born and raised in Surrey, I realize the importance of choosing a community that is right for raising your family.  I have lived and/or invested in property in North Surrey, North Delta, Grandview, South Surrey, & White Rock and use my knowledge to assists clients with their real estate needs with care and attention. I also use my large social media following to help market listings to a broad audience affectively, educating clients about the pros and cons of various neighbourhoods, and working closely with clients to find their desired properties. I pride myself in working in the best interest of each and every client to find the perfect properties to meet their family’s residential & investment needs.

I believe at the heart of true success is a strong work ethic, commitment to professionalism, & excellence in delivering exceptional customer service to each and every client. As a result I have been nominated for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in 2019, 2020, & 2021 and was also named as one of the Top 20 Most Influential South Asians in BC in 2021, 2024, & 2025 for my professional work & personal work advocating for women’s rights.  This world has so much work to do especially in the South Asian diaspora in creating equal opportunities & treatment of women.   I've shared a lot of my experiences in these areas with my followers.  I hope in sharing my experiences I can encourage important conversations.  It's probably the issue am I most passionate about and I really hope to help be a catalyst for change.  I also have a deep love for fashion, travelling, great food & wine, and home decor.
