5 Minute Makeup Tips to Look Polished (for that no makeup look)

So 2021 has been full of changes and we're all adapting. Since we are spending more time at home, lounge wear has become an actual look and makeup has undergone some changes as well as we want to still look polished while at home. Here are my 5 easy go tip for someone who is looking for a light yet polished makeup look.

Wearing less makeup helps our skin breath and its nice to give it a break by following this light makeup skin routine. This perfect for every day for a more polished yet minimal look. Changing over to a more natural base with sheer products such as using a BB Cream, Tinted Moisturizer vs foundation will let you skin show through. Add your favourite concealers where you need it and set with a sheer mineral powder. Next using a pink cream blush applied with a beauty blender is a great way to add a more natural glow to your cheeks, and add a touch of highlighter to your inner tear duct and sweep it over the highest point on upper cheekbones into your hairline. For the lips - use a tinted lipbalm or clear gloss instead of lipstick to keep your lips hydrated throughout the day.

And finally always curl your lashes with you Pink Orchid Studio lashcurler and use mascara if you like (optional) before you head out the door. If you would like to add a false lash, try a more natural looking lash like the Pink Orchid Studio lashes in Lovers Lane, or Blemm to really open your eyes up.
