We love hashbrowns over here at the Manns, and I love putting this savory twist on them to dress them up into something a bit more special on the weekend. Want to kick it up a notch? Add some garam masala, ginger/garlic paste & and an extra mirch for a desi twist.
You will need
🍽 1 large diced Serrano pepper
🍽 1/3 cup chopped green onion
🍽 3 large eggs beaten
🍽 1 pound of partially cooked shredded hashbrowns (cooled)
🍽 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar
🍽 cooking oil spray or butter spray
🧂 salt & fresh cracked pepper
Follow the simple instructions in the video to make. You’ll need to cook the mixture for 8-9 minutes to get a crispy hashbrown! Top with runny poached eggs or alone with a little bit of sour cream and enjoy!
