Tropical Vanilla Chia Pudding

I hope youโ€™re enjoying this sunny Saturday! This vanilla chia pudding makes a great breakfast, snack, or dessert. It really is healthy enough to eat any time of the day, but also enjoyable as a sweet treat! Itโ€™s filling, loaded with omegas and protein!

๐™ธ๐š—๐š๐š›๐šŽ๐š๐š’๐šŽ๐š—๐š๐šœ (๐šœ๐šŽ๐š›๐šŸ๐šŽ๐šœ 4)

1/2 cup chia seeds

2 cups plant-based milk of choice

3 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp maple or agave syrup

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Let sit for 4 minutes until it begins to gel, and then give it a good mix again with a fork or a whisk. Pour the mixture evenly into your individual jars. Let sit for at least 2 hour refrigerated before serving, or overnight in the fridge.

Serve with fresh fruits, nut butters, jams, granola or anything else youโ€™re heart desires. This will keep in the fridge for up to five days. Iโ€™ve topped mine with mango, raspberries, and toasted coconut!
